A JOURNEY THROUGH THE VINEYARDS AND THE CELLAR
Would you fancy discovering the secrets of our wines? You have my personal invitation to enjoy a unique experience, a journey through the heart of our winery. You’ll be able to explore our vineyards - both the century-old one and the free-standing trees. You shall also see, touch, and feel the difference between the different soils and training systems.
You will tour the cellar, the place where tradition and innovation work together in producing unique wines. You will taste the wines both from the barrel and from the bottle, thus having the possibility of appreciating the evolution of the wines. The tasting is paired with gastronomical products from our area.
NATURAL WINES: BACK TO THE ROOTS
We strongly believe in the production of natural wines. We believe in sustainable agricultural practices and wine-making that doesn’t violate the grapes. During the tour we’ll explain to you how we create our wines, without using any synthetic chemical products. You will savor authentic wines, that are the expression of their terroir and of our work and passion.
The Wine Experience doesn’t end with wine tasting. We’ll introduce you to a full sensory itinerary, pairing our wines to a selection of local meats and cheeses. This is a unique chance to appreciate the traditions of our land.
